What gets logged
- A fact that was wrong, not just re-checked and still true.
- Any change to a published report number, and why.
- Any change to a grading threshold, since it re-grades every month.
- A verdict that changed because of an error.
Routine re-checks of facts that didn’t change, typo fixes and new pages aren’t logged here.
